Affirmations are an extremely powerful way to reprogram your brain to behave, alter and achieve literally anything you desire. Let’s be real, It’s much easier to want to do and achieve stuff, but oftentimes it feels like no matter how hard you work there always seems to be some barrier- often accompanied by various limiting belief or sometimes just a small negative voice in your head. Affirmations are so so perfect in addressing this, as over time with repeated use and building a new standard and perception of yourself, others and the world.
How to use them;
I personally like to read them out loud as a part of my morning and evening routine. You can also record yourself saying them playing in the background-known as subliminals. However you choose to use them, I hope you receive the same value and power from them that I did.
